These Terms of Use govern your use of CourseDeck ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

The app

CourseDeck helps you track courses, assignments, and study time, and offers optional AI-powered syllabus scanning. Core scheduling features are free to use. A "Pro" subscription unlocks additional features such as unlimited syllabus scans, smart work-time suggestions, and Pomodoro mode.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

AI-generated content

Syllabus scanning and natural-language assignment creation use an AI model to extract information from text you provide. Results may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — please review extracted dates and details before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent subscription limits, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
